Caribbean - Puerto Rico

All courses available year-round at this destination

Destination

Join us for CME in Puerto Rico with our 20 hours of accredited content. If you are seeking sun, sand, and a few libations, Puerto Rico is your continuing education destination. Offered in English, our CE classes mix perfectly with this island getaway.

Four hours of each day will be spent in Puerto Rico continuing education, with or without a Pina Colada (born in Puerto Rico) in hand, and the rest is all "me time".

Besides the expected beach and ocean distractions from your CLE classes in Puerto Rico, don't miss Puerto Rico's bioluminescent bays. You may also wish to visit Old San Juan with its cobblestoned streets and historic architecture. Visit El Morro or visit the many shops and restaurants.

Of course if you are looking for a few unique opportunities while in Puerto Rico for CME, consider a rum tour or a tour of a working coffee farm. You may want to visit El Yunque Forest, the only rainforest in the national forest system, or plan your entire vacation as an eco-trip.

CME in Puerto Rico gives you the Caribbean without a passport.

Presentation Format

Destination-based, Remote Classroom

AEI’s new and unique Destination-based, Remote Classroom is designed to mimic the format and learning environment of AEI’s traditional, physical classroom. As before you will participate from the destination to which you’ve chosen to travel (within a 30 mile radius to be precise) during scheduled lecture hours. But, instead of viewing the course in the company of only those registered for the same destination that same week, you’ll now attend in the virtual and interactive company of everyone registered for any classroom operating in the same time zone. This dramatically increases your opportunity for dialogue with other practitioners and, better still, lets you do so on your laptop or tablet from the safety and comfort of your hotel room or condominium.  Total COVID-safety, comfort, convenience and the opportunity for dialogue with many more colleagues from a variety of professional disciplines. Now you understand why we keep saying, “the best way to mix business with pleasure just got better.”
